Hotel was conveniently located only 1 km from the highway off ramp. It was easy to locate. There are stores and restaurants within walking distance. The location of the hotel is secluded from the busy street and other businesses, so it is mostly private, safe, and quiet. All the staff were friendly, professional, and always helpful. Check-in and check-out were easy and efficient. My room was exactly as presented on the hotel website. The room was very spacious and had good storage and options for seating.

The people in the Reception were polite. The room was small but clean. The room had mints on the pillow :). The minibar frigde had a variety of drinks alcoholic plus non-alcoholic. Charging points were by the bed side. Wifi speed was good. Check-in check-out was smooth. The bathroom had all the necessary toilettaries. Breakfast was available at a small price. It had everything for a nice and comfortable stay.

Room is a good size and seems soundproof from other rooms. Bathroom looked new and nice detail with two shower heads. Breakfast was fantastic and nice selection from both juice, coffee and tee. Staff is nice and helpful.

Pretty quiet for being on a main road. Heard the seagulls but not much traffic. Nice big rooms with good breakfast. Not luxury breakfast, but good. Very friendly employees, open and helpful. Near a nice little restaurant with yummy food, just a 3 min walk away.

We stayed one night in the family room, which exists of the bedrooms, a bathroom and a hallway in between these rooms. It was hard to see this in the pictures, but it was even better than expected. Everything was clean and neat, no noise from the road, so it was a great hotel to stay in as a family before taking the boat to Norway.

I found the room absolutely amazing, facing the courtyard. Despite the road close by I could sleep with my windows open without a problem. There was the occasional siren, but that is unavoidable when you're in a city. I was there for a conference that didn't have any good parking nearby, but I was allowed to keep my car there for the day with no added cost! All in all the place was amazing, I loved every single minute of the stay there.

Breakfast OK. Detailed Sat Nav info required as Hotel located outside of Kiel so ended up in middle of Town and had to get local Taxi Driver to guide us back out to find it!!

Excellent and welcoming staff. The laundry room was a definite plus (includes tumble dryer!) for a long term traveler.
